Sam continues to build solid relationships with leading Australian manufacturers, and maintains a focus on key operational areas of the business.
Leon Larsen
Business Development ManagerAs the Business Development Manager for Darling Irrigation, Leon’s extensive experience in board acre and horticulture irrigation systems, specialising in drip irrigation systems, ensures clients receive maximum value and benefits from Darling Irrigation systems. Leon completed an Applied Science Degree majoring in Environmental Science in 2003 and has been working in irrigation since 2004.
Graham Robinson
Retail Sales ManagerGraham has been with Darling Irrigation at Narromine since 2012 and is now our Retail Sales Manager. Graham brings over ten years’ industry experience to our company, along with qualifications in horticulture, irrigation, and business. Graham also manages the operation of our Narromine and Dubbo locations.
Carolyn Browne
Branch Manager -Wagga WaggaCarolyn started with Darling Irrigation in 2008 as Finance Manager based in Forbes, and progressed to Branch Manager in 2018. She is currently located in Wagga Wagga and considers her strengths to be problem solving and team unity.

Branch Manager at Polycon Engineering -RochesterDavid has over 35 years’ experience in retail & service, small business and multi-site management in a diverse range of industry groups. He holds a Diploma in Business and Management and due to his broad experience is well versed in the Mining, Industrial, Civil Water Categories & Polyethylene Pipe Manufacturing.
Matthew Pitt
Branch Manager – BourkeOriginally from Tasmania, Matthew has a background in mixed farming and has extensive experience in irrigated pasture and crops, using flood, big gun irrigators and pivots. Matthew has completed an Associate Diploma in Farm Management at Orange Agricultural College and has a passion for supporting more profitable and sustainable farming systems.

Branch Manager at Campaspe Irrigation – RochesterNarelle has over 17 years’ experience in the irrigation industry and holds a Business Degree. She has a special interest in logistics and inventory.
