	Sam Maroulis (BE Civil, MIAA), Managing Director Sam Maroulis is the owner of Darling Irrigation and takes great pride in the quality of work undertaken by the company. As well as tertiary training in Civil Engineering, Sam is a skilled communicator and negotiator, skills that are integral to his effective management of the broad range of projects successfully completed by Darling Irrigation.
	Don Sudholz, Project Manager Don Sudholz is a project manager with a background in construction and large scale earthmoving. His extensive experience in cattle husbandry, broad acre and irrigation farming help ensure clients get maximum value and benefits from the irrigation systems designed, installed and serviced by Darling Irrigation. Don is highly experienced in large scale stock water projects including government-backed cap and pipe bore schemes.
	Mark Revell, Service Manager Mark Revell has over twenty-five years of experience in civil and trades projects including major stock water projects. He is well known for his ability to streamline processes and find solutions to 'on ground challenges'. He is respected by customers and the entire stock water team.
	Lee Simpson, Retail Manager, Narromine Lee Simpson has been involved in the irrigation industry for six years. He prides himself on customer service, focusing on establishing strong communication links so that clients needs are catered for. He is committed to on-time project delivery and high standards of finished products.
	Jason Poulson, Customer Service, Narromine Jason is in charge of the day to day operation of the Narromine retail business, looking after all customer enquiries, stock ordering, inventory control and freight receival / despatch. He has been involved in the customer service business for a number of years and enjoys dealing with customers.
	Kristian Moore, Installations and Service, Narromine Kristian Moore has been in the irrigation industry for ten years specialising in installations and service. He runs the water pump service department at Darling Irrigation's Narromine store and assists with water pump installation, commissioning and setting and testing pump controllers. He has an electrical disconnect/reconnect license and runs the bore hole testing service.
	Ivan Truscott, Customer Service Manager, Narromine Ivan Truscott comes with 25 years experience in the agricultural industry having used drip, flood and lateral move irrigation. His tertiary education is in agricultural mechanisation and his passion for water saving stands him in good stead to improve water efficiency in agriculture in the Macquarie Valley.
	Carolyn Norris, Finance and Administration Carolyn Norris is based in the AGnVET Services Forbes office in finance and administration. She has been with Darling Irrigation for two years and has over ten years experience in accounting. Carolyn was born and raised on an irrigation property along the Lachlan River and is undertaking a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) Degree at Charles Sturt University.
	Stuart Cameron, Customer Service Manager, Bourke Stuart Cameron has been with Darling irrigation for two years. He is based in Darling Irrigation's Bourke office and manages the daily operations of the business, dealing with clients, suppliers and staff needs. Stuart has a great appreciation of customer's needs, and prides himself on fast, reliable, efficient customer service.
	Josh Driver, Field Service Agronomist, Bourke Josh services the Bourke farming clients, advising on all crop agronomy and liaising with all end users of agricultural products supplied by Darling Irrigation.
	Harriet Mort, Customer Service Officer, Bourke Harriet Mort is in charge of customer service at Darling Irrigation's Bourke store. She deals with customer inquiries in-store and on the phone, solving problems for the people in and around Bourke.
	Brad Batten, Project Sales, Dubbo Brad has been working in the irrigation industry for approximately 10 years. Having lived in Central West NSW for the last 21 years and coming from a farming back ground Brad has extensive knowledge of how to make water work for you. Over the last 10 years Brad has attended numerous training schools on Irrigation sales, service and design. Brad's focus on customer service is 2nd to none and he will do everything he can to make sure a professional system is delivered to meet your needs.
	Sinon Finch, Big N Operations, Bourke Sinon operates the Big N deliveries in Bourke, as well as assists in pump repairs and small irrigation installations. He has a wealth of experience having worked on farms for many years, with a practical, positive approach, Sinon always gets the job done with the minimum of fuss. He has an excellent rapport with customers and is a very valuable member of the Darling Irrigation team in Bourke.
	Peter Burns Storeman, Bourke Peter is the storeman in the Bourke Store, and as a qualified mechanic finds his skills being applied in a number of areas, Peter is neat and tidy, takes great pride in his work, and always has a down to earth solution for any problem. He will do the job correctly the first time, and is an important member of the team.
	Brad Payne, Big N Operations, Warren Brad is based in Warren and operates the Big N distribution service in Warren, he has been in agricultural related industries all his life, and enjoys working with progressive farming clients. Brad also ably assists in pymp repairs and new pump station installations, he is a qualified builder by trade and enjoys the practical satisfaction of seeing something built to last. With Big N Brad knows his products well, and prides himself on safe, efficient Big N Service.
	Peter Moore – Project Manager, Narromine Peter is a hard working practical member of staff, who loves nothing more than getting a job done. Peter has plenty of energy and is a project manager who doesn't mind getting his hands dirty or finding himself on the end of a shovel. His excellent work ethic has earned him the praise and respect of fellow staff members and clients alike. Peter rarely complains and can be found fishing most weekends when the work is done.
	Jack Clark – Forbes Jack is based in Forbes and has worked consistently for Darling Irrigation for the last 6 years, with almost 20 years experience in the industry. He specialises in domestic and commercial sprinkler systems and drip irrigation systems. Jack is a fully accredited poly welder, and can fabricate all manner of pump stations, and really enjoys the variety in the role. He enjoys the project work and working with Darling Irrigation staff, and hopes to continue the working relationship for years to come
